- Grief 101 – does grieving differ when it’s a child? A suicide? A spouse? An accident or a death associated with an illness. The types of loss does make a difference; learn about them and how the most effective ways to help someone.
- How to live well until you die – having a conversation with your loved ones. Some people want to have everything done; others don’t want either a breathing or feeding tube. This is about having a conversation with someone who will be making the decisions when you cannot speak for yourself.
