Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST) is an evidence-based  two-day, IN-PERSON (16-contact hours) intensive training workshop to help you develop words, skills, and practice to intervene with someone who is thinking about dygin by suicide.  It teaches participants to recognize risks and how to work effectively on a safeplan that keeps someone safe until further assistance is provided.
