1. Support groups can be an effective way grievers learn and heal. There are several options –
    1. A 8-week course using Understanding Grief book and workbook by Alan Woelfelt. This is a group for people who are grieving all kinds of losses, using a structure discussion revolving around a book.
    2. A 6 week course, using a variety of workshop methods, including educational tools, support through conversation, and hand-on exercises using music, journaling, exercises, and the art of making memorials
  2. Peer to peer 1:1
    1. Meeting with Kris one on one, have a conversation that is individualized and directed. These are 50-minute sessions that may be conducted over the phone, in-person or on zoom.
  3. Retreats
    1. ½ day or full day retreats will be made available upon request. Retreats will offer a combination of instruction, discussion, and hands on exercises using music, journaling, exercises, and the art of making memorials

Time:

  • groups are 1 hour session for the number of weeks listed
  • One-on-one is a 50 minute session Minimum of 5 people, Maximum of 15
  • Retreats are ½ to full day
