The difference between a grief counselor and coach? What’s right for you?
- A grief counselor will focus on unresolved feelings and to make sense of the feelings and emotions you are experiencing. They offer emotional advice to manage the loss. They help you get through the mourning period.
- A grief coach focuses on the future and helping you to get back on your feet to achieve personal growth. Coaches focus on action, to change behavior and improve the way one thinks about their loss. They offer practical advice on how to move forward in recovery.
Meet with Kris privately over zoom, using a workbook for 15-weeks of 50-minute sessions.
Kris is working on her field training as a coach and currently offering a 50% discount. She will be supervised by a master coach. On completion of her field training, she will become a certified grief coach. Cost for 15 weeks of 50 minute sessions until she becomes certified is $750 plus material fee of $25.
